When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you enter in the form, such as your name, contact details and property preferences. We use it to respond and arrange the property services you request. Any separate marketing choices are explained in the form.

The embedded enquiry form is provided by Pipedrive. Information you submit through it is sent to Pipedrive for our team to manage in its customer relationship management system. Pipedrive processes the form submission and associated technical information as part of providing that service. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, its own terms and privacy policy also apply.

We may share relevant enquiry information with a seller or your appointed professionals where needed to arrange a requested viewing or progress your purchase. We do not publish your contact details or enquiry on the website.

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and any continuing client relationship, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern.

The host may process technical logs for security and operation. The Pipedrive form loads from an external service and may process technical information when displayed or submitted. Google Maps and WhatsApp open when you follow their links. WordPress may use essential cookies when an administrator signs in.

Please avoid including identity documents, banking details or other sensitive information in the initial enquiry form. We will agree an appropriate channel if further documents are needed.
